Intended Use
This reagent kit is intended for the extraction, enrichment, and purification of nucleic acids. The resulting product is intended for clinical in vitro testing.
Detection Principle
This reagent kit utilizes liquid salt and surfactants to lyse the sample, releasing its nucleic acids, while simultaneously deactivating DNase and RNase enzymes present in the sample. In an appropriate buffer system, free nucleic acids are adsorbed onto specially designed micrometer-sized magnetic beads. Subsequently, magnetic adsorption and washing with a cleaning solution are performed to remove proteins, pigments, lipids, and other inhibitory impurities from the sample. Finally, nucleic acids are eluted from the magnetic beads using an elution solution, thereby achieving the goals of nucleic acid extraction, purification, and concentration.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life
Transportation Conditions: Room temperature.
Storage Conditions: 2-37°C.
After opening and adding the sample, it is not recommended to leave it at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
Shelf Life: 12 months.
